EPWSL Non-Refund Policy
At EPWSL, we value your commitment to the league and strive to provide a well-organized and competitive soccer experience. Please review our Non-Refund Policy before registering:
1. All payments are final.
Once a team or player has paid for league registration, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. No refunds for withdrawals.
If a team or player withdraws from the league for any reason (including injury, scheduling conflicts, or personal matters), no refund will be issued.
3. No refunds for disqualification or ejection.
Teams or players withdrawn from the league due to disciplinary action, rule violations, or misconduct will not receive a refund.
4. No refunds due to weather conditions or schedule changes.
EPWSL may reschedule, postpone, or cancel matches due to weather, field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Makeup matches will be arranged when possible.
5. Team Responsibility
It is the team captain's responsibility to ensure that all players are committed and able to participate before registering. No refunds will be issued for a lack of players, or if a player withdraws or does not play. EPWSL does not issue refunds to individual team players.
